Additionally, it would be beneficial to have more interior lighting options, in order to better illuminate the space at night or in low-light conditions. Another improvement that could be made would be to include a larger water tank and heating system, in order to better accommodate longer trips or trips in colder climates.

Finally, it would be useful to incorporate additional connectivity features such as WiFi or cellular networks, so that users can easily stay connected while on the road.

The downsides that made me frustrated

The downsides that made me frustrated were the lack of storage space and the small bed. The lack of storage space meant that I had to get rid of a lot of my gear, which was frustrating. The small bed was also frustrating because it was not big enough for me.

Some improvements that would have made my experience better

Some improvements that would have made my experience better would have been awning rails to keep the awning from blowing around in the wind, a solid surface for the cooler space to sit on instead of the wire mesh, and a storage area for the battery underneath the dinette seats.

The interior is surprisingly spacious, with a full-size sleeping area, entertainment center, and window shades. And there’s even air conditioning and a 3-speed roof vent fan to keep you cool while you sleep.

One downside is that there’s no outdoor kitchen – but that’s to be expected in such a small camper. Instead of coming home to a comfortable bed after your hike, you’ll have to lug all your camping gear with you and set it up on the picnic table.

But overall, I was really impressed with the MyPod teardrop camper. It’s perfect for a quick weekend getaway or even an extended road trip.
